God's Love Looks Good On You!

" (For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds)"
2 Corinthians 10:4

Many times we have to deal with the emotional and psychological scars of words released towards us in anger, hatred or fear.  These things we tend to carry with us throughout our lives if we don't deal with the pain of it.
God in his infinite wisdom understands the plight of humanity, our need to belong and to be loved and yet the bible tells us that the pain that we suffer in life makes us stronger. How? you ask, because we do not fight against the truth, but the enemies of the truth. See God says that we are fearfully and wonderfully made, but someone may say we are too skinny, too fat, too dark,  or not pretty enough, And those things can hurt us but do we believe the lie or the truth? We must understand that the enemy desires to confuse and separate us from the truth and he uses people who are able to inflict pain on us to do it. Most times the people that he uses are broken and in pain themselves so they are easily manipulated by jealousy and envy, just puppets in his game, so pray for their souls.
You are not fighting the person but the spiritual war against what is truth and what is the lie. That is your enemy, the one that comes to pervert, confuse and manipulate God’s truth about you.

So pull down the lies and deception of the enemy and walk in your truth, you are powerful, beautiful, bold and unique and God's  love and acceptance looks good on you!

God is Pleased With What He created In You! March 21, 2015

" And God saw every thing that he had made, and, behold, it was very good. And the evening and the morning were the sixth day." Genesis 1:31

In society today every one is focused on appearance, property, popularity, money and abilities.  These things seem to be the force that causes people to rise above or to fall for lack there of.  Happily God is not concerned with how you dress, what you have, what you may own or how many people are connected to you.  No!  He is concerned about the inward make up of who you are. The Issue of your Heart!!!
So don't be worried or insecure if you don't fit in with the crowd, you weren't created to. Don't worry if you don't have what everyone else says you should to be accepted, God has accepted you because He made you how he wanted you and it is pleasing to Him!.
Prayer:
Lord God, give me the wisdom and ability to accept myself and realize that I am enough, and that who I am inside, is beautiful and valuable to you.  I need strength to have confidence in who you created me to be and how you have created me to live for your glory.  Thank you for direction and the strength of your presence in my life in Jesus name amen.
